Integrated technologies for maximum design freedom

Our ability to deliver innovative solutions to the furniture industry and to the contract sector is based on the in-house availability of all the main manufacturing technologies.

This allows us to supply components and finished furniture, with wide range of designs, materials and finishes, ensuring reliability, consistent quality and operational flexibility.

For curved components and furniture, our available technologies include bending and lamination, CNC routing on 5-axis machining centers, joinery machining, 2D or 3D polymer-foil wrapping, ABS or wood edgebanding, polyester coating and finishing.

Thanks to these machinery we can produce complex curved surfaces, precision curved components and assembled curved furniture with high-end finishes.

For flat components and furniture, our production capability includes panel sizing and cross-cutting, wood veneer pressing, 1D and 2D polymer-foil or paper wrapping, UV coating in gloss or ultra-matt excimer coating, sizing/edgebanding and shaping with polyurethane glue or laser, just-in-time nesting and sizing/edgebanding, drilling, CNC routing and edgebanding of shaped items on 3- or 5-axis routers, folding, assembly and packaging.

This comprehensive technological ecosystem allows us to develop customized flat solutions for residential and contract furnishing projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
