Flat components

With regard to flat components, we produce doors, fronts, side panels, tabletop surfaces and other structural elements designed for kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms.

The available technologies make us capable of offering flat components which can be melamine-faced, laminate-pressed, 1D or 2D polymer-foil or paper wrapped, high gloss or ultra matt excimer UV coated, as well as wood-veneered and subsequently painted.

From a design perspective, the solutions range includes squared and edged components, elements with radiused sides, and fronts with integrated handle profiles — J pull, hook shaped, back-beveled or stepped profiles.

Technologies:

Melamine-faced, squared and edged, including soft-formed integrated handle profiles (J, back-beveled or stepped)
Laminate-pressed
1D or 2D polymer-foil or paper wrapped, including post-formed integrated handle profiles (J, hook, back beveled or stepped) and post-formed sides
UV-coated in gloss or excimer ultra-matt finish
Wood-veneered and then painted
