WHAT DATA WE PROCESS, WHY AND HOW LONG

  1. Surfing data:

  3. Data that we use when we need to fulfil legal obligations or defend our right:
    • if necessary, your data may be processed to fulfil a legal obligation or to comply with an order of the Authority or to defend or assert our right (the legal bases are the fulfilment of legal obligations and the lawful interest of the controller). In this case, the data will be stored for the time required by law or authority or for the time necessary to assert or defend our right.

Surfing data, as mentioned, are acquired automatically upon access.

On the contrary, you have no obligation to communicate your identification data when you contact us. However, if you want to communicate with us or receive an answer to your questions, you must provide us with this data.
